Xiaomi 12 Pro debuted earlier this year in India. The company launched its 2022 flagship smartphone in India at a starting price of Rs 62,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB model. Xiaomi has been offering a few discounts, which bring the price down to about Rs 55,000. For the first time since the launch, the Xiaomi 12 Pro price in India drops below Rs 50,000. The company has officially offered a discount to customers in India as part of the Independence Day sale. The base model of the Xiaomi 12 Pro can be bought for Rs 49,999.
The Rs 13,000 discount also includes a Rs 2,000 instant discount offer for SBI credit cardholders After all the discount offers and deductions in place, the Xiaomi 12 Pro finds itself in the sub-Rs 50,000 category, recently refreshed by the OnePlus 10T and the iQOO 9T.
The discount offers come after the launch of two premium smartphones launched by competitors OnePlus and iQOO. OnePlus launched the OnePlus 10T 5G in India with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The iQOO 9T also packs the same Qualcomm flagship chipset. Both these phones can be bought for Rs 49,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB option.
