An arrest warrant for the Bengals’ Joe Mixon has been dismissed — for now.
Mixon, 26, was alleged to have pointed a gun at a woman during a road rage incident on Jan. 21 in which he allegedly said, “you should be popped in the face and I should shoot you.” The warrant was issued on Thursday on a charge of aggravated menacing, but less than 24 hours later prosecutors dismissed the charge against the Cincinnati running back.
There is, however, a chance it could be re-filed at a later date, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
