The Intel Arc Pro A60 GPU lineup is based on the Xe-HPG „Alchemist“ architecture. Diving into the specifications, it features 16 Xe Cores with 256 shading units, 2048 floating point units, and 12 GB GDDR6 memory with a 192-bit memory interface.
These specs are a significant improvement over the previous generation, the Arc Pro P50, which featured only 8 Xe Cores and 8 GB GDDR6 memory. Total board power consumption is marked at 130W by Intel, which is decent and suitable for every mid-tier workstation. The card will require a single power connector to feed its GPU.
What makes the Intel Arc Pro A60 more consumer-friendly is its small form factor. The GPU comes with a single-slot design and the usual blower design. Not only will the GPU fit in most SFF PCs, but the blower design will also contribute to heat dissipation. The GPU also has ventilation cutouts at both the top and the bottom. The Arc Pro A60 has a matte black finish with the Intel Arc branding on the top.
Now coming to the mobile GPU, the A60M, features similar core specifications then it’s desktop counterpart but a cut-down memory capacity of 8 GB on a 128-bit bus.
