She said, half laughing, her voice straining slightly in distaste, „I swallowed a bug.“ She further added, „I’m so sorry. It’s totally fine. It’s just stupid.“ She went on to say that the bug was „delicious“ in jest before making her statement. She also discovered that she had abruptly lost her voice during the Lover Era performance, rendering her speechless. She also joked at the time, „You know when you’re not sick, a bug didn’t fly into your throat, you just go to talk and it doesn’t work? It’s over now, it’s over now, it’s fine.“
