As a fellow tall girlie, I know all too well the struggles of correcting an overly-arched back — one which I’m entirely convinced started forming back in middle school when I towered over all of my peers and desperately wanted to minimize my height in the midst of the (often shorter) boys I had crushes on. Alas, if only I’d known about all the ways that „short king summer“ would manifest in my life later on!
I’ve long found solace in Swift’s similar 5’10“-5’11“ build — after all, if the most famous woman on Earth had more of a hunched frame, was it really that bad? (As Swifties like to point out, hers could very well be a result of carrying the entire music industry on her back — to which I conquer). As it turns out, prior to the start of her record-breaking Eras Tour, Swift seemingly set out on a similar mission to correct her posture with the help of this Forme Power Bra ($175). The pop star was even photographed wearing the sports bra in rehearsals for the tour.
While I’m typically doubtful about the effectiveness of these sorts of products, Swift’s posture certainly looks like its improved in recent years — perhaps that’s just the confidence that comes with evolving into a bonafide cultural juggernaut? Whatever it may be, I decided to test out the T.
