President Joe Biden’s press conference responding to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report detailing his classified documents probe „didn’t go well,“ Representative Adam Smith admitted.
Hur released a report concluding that Biden should not be prosecuted for classified documents that were discovered at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement as well as his home in Delaware. Although Biden will not be charged, Hur wrote that the president did not remember when his son died or when he served as vice president, adding to concerns about Biden’s cognitive ability among his critics.
Following the report, Biden held a press conference hitting out at Hur’s report Thursday night, telling reporters, „I know what the hell I’m doing.“ Also during the press conference, Biden mixed up the presidents of Mexico and Egypt.
