Why: Glavkosmos will launch a Soyuz rocket carrying the fifth Meteor-M 2 weather satellite, Marafon-D 11L, TUSUR-GO, Vizard-ion, Gorizont, Colibri-s, RTU MIREA 1, and several other small satellites.
