Kanye West opened the 2024 edition of the Rolling Loud music festival, one of the most highly-attended and important events in the hip-hop genre. The rapper and his collaborator Ty Dolla $ign were the only act on the schedule for the Thursday night (March 14) show in Los Angeles, CA. The two–now a super duo named ¥$—took to the main stage, but according to social media posts and media reports, it seems the two didn’t do much of anything.
The two hip-hop musicians took to the stage, which was situated just outside SoFi Stadium next to Los Angeles, to inaugurate the latest Rolling Loud. Anticipation was high for their show, and thousands of fans turned out to hear from the pair–especially West.
