The 54-year-old singer, whose marriage to Ben Affleck is reportedly strained, had been negotiating with MGM Grand for a $1 million per show deal. However, poor ticket sales for her This is Me… Now tour have caused casino executives to reconsider, as reported by a source to the New York Post.
Lopez’s tour has seen several cancellations due to low demand, and her album, also titled This is Me… Now, and its poor performance further complicates the residency deal.
