Leading streaming platform Twitch bans the alt account of popular streamer BruceDropEmOff for going against its community guidelines.
Twitch has recently banned popular streamer BruceDropEmOff’s alternate account, which impacts his ability to stream on his main account, where he has 1.3 million followers. According to Twitch’s policies, streaming on another account while one is banned is considered „ban evasion“, and doing so could lead to further penalties for BruceDropEmOff.
For those unfamiliar with the name, BruceDropEmOff is an American streamer well-known on Twitch for his Just Chatting and IRL streams. He also regularly plays a variety of games, including Grand Theft Auto 5, NBA 2K17, Fortnite, and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Despite his considerable following, BruceDropEmOff has faced several bans on the Amazon-owned streaming platform Twitch. For example, last year he experienced three bans: the first in late January lasted around 30 days, the second in March lasted 3 days, and the third in May lasted 7 days.
