The PVL postponed its three Pool A games of the 2024 Reinforced Conference scheduled for Thursday at Philsports Arena due to unfavorable weather conditions caused by Typhoon Carina.
The league on Wednesday announced that its triple-header won’t push through as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) earlier raised a red rainfall warning over Metro Manila and surrounding provinces with serious flooding expected in flood-prone areas.
“Due to the inclement weather brought by Typhoon Carina, all Premier Volleyball League games scheduled for Thursday, July 25, have been postponed and will be moved to a later date,” the league announced.
