“There are two words to describe Kamala Harris. Vicious and dumb, it’s a bad combination,” the 78-year-old Republican presidential nominee said the day after Biden dropped out of the race and urged Democrats to unite behind his vice president as the party’s top candidate in the Nov. 5 election.
Harris, 59, is now frantically working to coalesce Democratic support mere days ahead of virtual voting to formalize her expected replacement of Biden, 81.
Harris, a former prosecutor and California senator, drew attention during the Dems’ last presidential primary race for her sharp criticisms of Biden as the pair vied for the nomination.
