The Parañaque City police arrested three Chinese nationals and a Filipino in a buy-bust operation along Access Road in Barangay Don Galo at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 28.
In a report, the Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspects were arrested after selling illegal drugs worth an estimated P441,000 to an undercover agent.
