You won’t be able to start unlocking outfits in Echoes of Wisdom until you finish the Stilled Hyrule Castle portion of the game. After this, Impa will give you a change of clothes, allowing you to swap between the disguise (the blue cloak outfit) and the Royal Travel Attire.
The remainder of the outfits in the game are unlocked by using amiibo, completing side quests or other side content, which are as follows at a glance, with each entry linking to a dedicated description of how to unlock them.Where to find the Blue Attire, Red Tunic, and Black Cat Clothes
Once you have finished the Stilled Hyrule Castle portion of the game, you can get three outfits from using amiibo: the Blue Attire, the Red Tunic, and the Black Cat Clothes. These are just recolors of existing outfits in the game, so if you don’t have amiibo, you’re not missing out on much.
