The New York Yankees recently agreed to a deal with Max Fried, which could free them up to swing a blockbuster trade for Houston Astros star Kyle Tucker.
The Houston Astros are reportedly listening to trade offers for superstar outfielder Kyle Tucker, which opens up the outfielder market quite a bit. One of the teams being connected to Tucker, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post, is the New York Yankees. The Yankees just lost Juan Soto and signed pitcher Max Fried this week. Tucker is projected to sign a $195 million deal when he hits free agency next offseason, per Spotrac.
„More and more, it is appearing as if the Astros are open to trading Kyle Tucker and the Yankees are among the teams most seriously pursuing the star outfielder, The Post has learned“, Sherman wrote.
