The ‚Beverly Hills Cop‘ actor did a hilarious impression of Tracy Morgan during the ‚Black Jeopardy‘ sketch on ‚SNL50‘ which has gone viral.
Imitation is considered the sincerest form of flattery, and that seemed to be the case during a Jeopardy!-inspired sketch on Saturday Night Live’s 50th-anniversary special.
On Sunday, February 16, the late-night comedy show revived the Black Jeopardy sketch with a twist — Eddie Murphy impersonated Tracy Morgan while the actual Morgan stood beside him. The real Morgan, 56, portrayed a fictional competitor named Darius while Leslie Jones played another competitor named Shanise, and Kenan Thompson played host Darnell Hayes.
Murphy and Morgan wore contrasting outfits as the Beverly Hill Cop star, 63, dressed in a printed red jacket and black turtleneck and donned a massive gold chain with Morgan’s initials, while the 30 Rock alum wore a simple black and white checkered button-down shirt.
