Jimmy Kimmel found it kind of hard to believe that Donald Trump is trying to close the the Department of Education during his monologue on Thursday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The ABC host joked it might be because the United States has falled to its lowest point ever in the annual World Happiness Report, to 24th, pretty much since Trump was elected.
“But our President has a plan to change that all. They say ignorance is bliss, and today, Donald Trump signed an executive order to dismantle the Department of Education.
