Donovan was down in San Antonio on Saturday, receiving the honor. The basketball Hall of Fame is based on the entirety of a career, and it was at Florida where Donovan made his name, leading the Gators to back-to-back National Championships.
The Bulls have another Hall of Fame coach.
Phil Jackson was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame back in 2007 and Jerry Sloan joined that elite club in 2009.
