Microsoft released new Windows 11 and Server 2025 updates for setup and recovery under KB5055643, KB5057781, and KB5059281.
Alongside the new OOBE update under KB5059093, Microsoft has also released new Dynamic updates for all supported Windows 11 versions this week, namely 24H2, 23H2, and 22H2. The updates apply to Windows Server 2025 as well.
Dynamic updates bring improvements to the Windows Recovery in the form of Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) updates, also called Safe OS updates, as well as to the Setup binaries in the form of Setup updates.
