The Jets players got their first look at their renovated locker room Tuesday when they reported to training camp.
“It’s unbelievable,” veteran defensive tackle Quinnen Williams said. “It’s super nice. The new things that we’ve got. It’s super dope. The new chairs are really comfortable and nice.”
The Jets gave the locker room and surrounding areas a major face-lift.
They added a barber shop and replaced the old lockers with high-tech lockers that feature video screens, more storage space and leather chairs to replace the old stools players used to sit in.
Williams said the locker room is a show of commitment from owner Woody Johnson and the organization that the players appreciate, but it’s not the only thing they’ve done.
