Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers sent a clear message to team legend Terry Bradshaw.
Before the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to agree to terms on their one-year deal with future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers, not everyone loved the idea of him becoming the team’s new quarterback.
One outspoken critic was team legend Terry Bradshaw. Before the signing, Bradshaw had offered a very critical take about Rodgers.
„That to me is just a joke“, Bradshaw said. „What are you going to do? Bring him in for one year? Are you kidding me. That guy needs to stay in California. Go somewhere and chew on bark. Whisper to the gods out there.“
Needless to say, the Steelers didn’t give much stock to Bradshaw’s comments. They signed Rodgers to that one-year contract, which the 41-year-old signal caller has stated will be his final year in the NFL.
