Apple confirms its “Awe dropping” iPhone 17 launch event for Sept 9, featuring new Pro models, a thinner Air version, & Apple Watch updates.
Apple has officially sent out invitations for its next big event, where the iPhone 17 series will make its debut. The launch, branded as the “Awe dropping” event, is set for September 9th, 2025, at 10AM PT.
As expected, the spotlight will be on the company’s new smartphones. Apple is planning four models this year: a refreshed base iPhone 17, two Pro editions, and an all-new iPhone 17 Air with a slim design. The event will also bring updates to the Apple Watch lineup.
According to Bloomberg, the standard iPhone 17 won’t look too different from the iPhone 16 but will carry a larger screen and improved cameras.
