Garmin just unveiled its latest flagship smartwatch series, which includes one of the biggest, brightest, and most expensive Fenix products ever. Both models are called the Fenix 8 Pro, but the crown jewel is the MicroLED version.
That top-end model is the first commercially available smartwatch with a MicroLED screen. That gives it up to 4,500 nits of brightness thanks to its 400,000 individual LEDs. „The result is a revolutionary display that produces rich colors and high pixel densities with wide viewing angles and superior readability—even in direct sunlight“, Garmin says.
