Ashley Strasbourg, 40, had sexual contact with 14-year-old Xander Epps before he was fatally stabbed.
A 40-year-old Toledo woman charged in connection with the Aug. 23 stabbing of a 14-year-old, allegedly had „inappropriate sexual contact with the minor victim“, referring to Epps, according to the Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office.
As reported by WTOL 11, Ashley Strasbourg was indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor Wednesday in connection with the death of Xander Epps, according to a Toledo police press release.
