Looks like Chip Zdarsky’s going to put the Avengers through the wringer next year in a supposed game-changing comics event.
Since we’re months away from 2026, Marvel Comics is hyping up a major event it’s got planned for the Avengers.
That would be Armageddon, first teased last week as an event on par with Avengers: Disassembled in terms of signficance. All that’s know is that Captain America writer Chip Zdarsky will be at the helm, and that it’ll involve the Origin Boxes seen in the soon-to-end Ultimate Universe. These boxes created different heroes in the Ultimate universe like Spider-Man and Luke Cage, and in the pages of Ultimate Spider-Man: Incursion, Miles Morales has recently brought several of them over, which is clearly gonna cause some problems.
