Matthew McConaughey revealed that an erotic dream ultimately led him to the love of a lifetime in wife Camila Alves.
“In my mid-30s, I was looking for a lifetime lover, a best friend, and a mother-to-be,” the “Dallas Buyers Club” star wrote in his newsletter “Lyrics of Living” on Friday, per Us Weekly.
“I was looking for more, I was looking for the one, I was looking for her,” he continued, adding, “Then I had a wet dream.”
The “Magic Mike” actor, 56, divulged that in the dream, he saw an aged version of himself in a rocking chair on the porch of his home, where there were 22 women, 22 vehicles and 88 children.
McConaughey recalled that he had fathered the 88 children, each representing a year of his life, as they gathered to celebrate his 88th birthday — though he hadn’t married any of the 22 women.
“Each woman was serene and satisfied,” he wrote, per the outlet. “Every child was smiling, laughing, and healthy. We all knew one another very well.
