Metroid Prime 4: Beyond features numerous upgrades throughout the exotic alien world of Viewros, with many such secrets hidden or inaccessible, waiting for you to return with the required ability unlock. One such ability you’ll gain early on is being able to deploy little concussive bombs while in Morph Ball form.
This ability is called Psychic Bombs in Metroid Prime 4, and it’s unlocked not long after earning the Control Beam ability, navigating through an ancient temple in the Fury Green region, and defeating the temple’s final boss fight. Cross the Infinity Bridge & Enter the Temple
After you rescue Federation Engineer and resident chatterbox, Myles MacKenzie, make your way through Fury Green until you reach a massive bridge spanning the jungle. You might have seen this bridge in the distance during your excursion through Viewros, but once you find the entrance, your path is straightforward.
Don’t expect a casual jaunt to the temple across the bridge. As you make your way to the other side, you’ll be attacked by several waves of Jungle Grievers. Myles is pretty useless here, but Samus is more than a match for these beasts.
Naviate Through the Fury Green Temple
Once in the temple, you’ll earn the Control Beam ability, which allows Samus to fire off a beam you can control separately as time slows to a crawl.
