After debuting her engagement ring at the ‚Avatar: Fire and Ash‘ premiere, Miley Cyrus addresses her private romance with Maxx Morando
Miley Cyrus is sharing a glimpse into her private engagement with fellow singer Maxx Morando.
“The detail that I can share is that for us, our privacy and us kind of keeping it small has been something that I’ve been astounded that I’ve actually been able to have and being able to kind of have more choice,” Cyrus, 33, told People of her recent engagement in an interview published Tuesday, December 2. “I think it’s also being older, being more protective of what I’m open to sharing.”
While celebrating the upcoming film Avatar: Fire and Ash, Cyrus — who is featured on the movie’s soundtrack thanks to the song “Dream as One” — tried to connect her relationship to the themes explored in the Disney film.
“[The movie is] about love, family resilience and kind of reconnection and that stronger together idea,” she explained, “and so I thought it was kind of perfectly thematic and aligned with where I am in my life now.
