One Piece’s Final Saga is filled with overpowered haki users. These are the strongest of the bunch.
Haki is one of the most important powers in the world of One Piece, and it goes without saying that in the Final Saga, its importance is greater than ever. In this segment of One Piece, Oda has made it quite clear that those with the power of Conqueror’s Haki, also known as Supreme King Haki, dominate the most.
While there have been multiple powerful users of Haki over the years, not all of them are alive at this point in time. Among those who are currently fighting it out in the Great Pirate Era, only a handful can be considered to be at the top of their game when it comes to Haki.
Zoro

Haki Types: Armament, Observation, Conqueror’s

Haki Advancement: Conqueror’s

The swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro is a great user of Haki as well. He has access to all three types of Haki, with his specialty being Armament Haki, as confirmed by Oda himself.
Zoro also has access to Advanced Conqueror’s Haki, although he doesn’t know how to control it yet, which means that his Haki is quite weak at this point in time. With time, Zoro will certainly strengthen his Haki even further and reach newer levels.
Yamato

Haki Types: Armament, Observation, Conqueror’s

Haki Advancement: Conqueror’s

Among the many Haki users of One Piece, Yamato certainly stands out quite a lot. As the child of Kaido, Yamato has access to all three types of Haki. It is not a surprise to know that Yamato has fully mastered all the Haki types, and that their control over Conqueror’s Haki Infusion is quite immense.
Yamato was able to deal deadly injuries to Kaido with their Haki, and that goes to show their immense mastery over it.
Dracule Mihawk

Haki Types: Armament, Observation

Haki Advancement: None

The world’s strongest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk is a skilled user of Haki. Given that he does not possess any Devil Fruit power, it is a given that Mihawk has very strong Haki.
Zoro already having Conqueror’s Haki means that Mihawk has access to this power as well, and that he can utilize it at a very high level. The true strength of his Haki remains to be seen, which is why he cannot be placed any higher, but he most certainly has very impressive Haki.
