Actor Jamie Campbell Bower has been playing the role of Stranger Things‘ main villain for two seasons now, and in a recent interview with Deadline, he opens up about what it’s like to play someone so evil and inhuman. But also someone who carries such deep-rooted trauma, as Henry clearly does.
Campbell says:
„So, getting to play those scenes out, I felt at times like a huge release, and it was also really important for me to go into those scenes understanding the trauma and the experience to bring that level of humanity forward.because there are times where I feel wildly inhuman, monstrous, and I know that sounds obvious, but like truly monstrous.
