Red Dead Redemption 2 physical copies are available ahead of time at a few retailers. Here is where you can get the game before anyone else.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most anticipated games of the year and there is no surprise that fans are willing to stand in line to get the game at launch. The game will be available at the stroke of midnight but a few retailers are offering the game a few hours ahead of the official time.
Target mentioned in an advert that it will offer the game a few hours in advance but that is not the only retailer. GameStop and Best Buy are also offering the same deal. If you have a digital copy of the game then this is not for you. But if you are interested in getting the Physical copy then you might want to take advantage of these deals.
Talking about Red Dead Redemption 2 physical copies, we talked about how Amazon orders have been delayed. People that ordered the game through Amazon will get their copies in late November. This is a huge bummer as fans will have to wait more than a month to play the game and by then people would have already played the game and will post spoilers online. Spoilers are hard to avoid in such cases.
A truck driver that has worked in the delivery industry talked about why this delay happens and he explained that even though Rockstar sends millions of copies to Amazon in advance, Amazon is not allowed to send the orders to courier services a day before the release.
Some people get their game overnight but not all orders are met. This is one of the reasons why the game will reach some players later on. The map of the game has also leaked and we know it is real because Rockstar asked us to take it down.
Let us know what you think about Red Dead Redemption 2 and whether or not you are interested in getting the game in advance from these select retailers or you would rather wait.
