Houstonians looking to get out during the holidays have a shiny option this November.
Magical Winter Lights is returning to the Houston area for its fourth year in a row, offering visitors a chance to stroll through an extravagant light show and festival.
The three-month event will open its doors on Nov. 16 with two brand-new lantern sections.
„Almost half will be brand new,“ a spokesperson for the Magical Winter Lights told HoustonPress . „They’ve been restyled, redesigned or are completely brand new.“
One old favorite is a Houston-themed lantern section called „Deep in the heart of Texas,“ complete with tributes to the Lone Star State and Bayou City’s most iconic characteristics.
Aside from the displays, the festival will also include cultural performances, carnival rides, and Chinese arts.
