According to indictment Anrki was driving under influence of cannabis.
The Southern District prosecutor on Thursday filed an indictment against Loren Ankri, the driver involved in a road accident which killed a family of eight, charging him with manslaughter, illegally overtaking another vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs.
