These are the best black Friday PC hardware deals
We’ve already seen some fantastic deals for PC enthusiasts this week as several manufacturers began their Black Friday sales a few days ahead of the usual bonanza. Today is the big one, though, so I’ve scoured various websites to save you some time browsing this weekend if you want to splash out on an upgrade for your PC or to build a new one, plus delved into the latest laptop and 2-in-1 deals to find the real bargains in both the US and UK.
Samsung 970 Evo M.2 SSD
Samsung’s excellent 970 Evo SSD has seen record low prices during November Samsung
For speedy-cable-free storage in your PC or to boost performance and save weight in your laptop, a PCI-E M.2 SSD is a great upgrade. We’ve seen record low prices for Samsung’s fantastic 970 Evo M.2 SSD, reaching a record low of just £89 for the 500GB model in an Amazon UK lighting deal this week – down from £120 the week before. The 1TB model offered even bigger savings at just £175 on the 20th November – down from £253, but you can still pick it up for a very reasonable £215.
To buy the 1TB model on Amazon.com in the US would have set you back nearly $280 at the beginning of November but since November 3rd, it’s cost just $228 and there are great savings on all the other models in the range too, most sitting at their lowest prices yet for these stunning SSDs that are great for compatible PCs and laptops.
Corsair gaming peripherals
Corsair offers a range of excellent peripherals an CPU coolers Corsair
PC peripheral company Corsair has Black Friday specials on a huge range of its products on Amazon including gaming mice, keyboards, headsets and coolers in both the US ( click here) and UK ( click here).
Some deals are better than others, but my personal favorites are the K70 RGB Mk.2 mechanical gaming keyboard, which fell from $160 to $110 today.
The US
If you’re looking to build a budget PC then a cheap, capable and good-looking case is essential and Corsair’s Carbide 275R currently has $20 off, sitting at just $49.99, which is the first time it’s dipped below the $50 mark.
A personal favorite of mine as it’s currently my own headset is the Void Pro RGB wireless headset. Both the white and carbon/black models are discounted, but the latter offers the best deal, falling from $99 to just $64.99 .
Corsair’s H115i Pro RGB liquid cooler is quiet but offers excellent cooling Corsair
The brilliant H115i Pro RGB liquid cooler, which I’ve found to be both powerful and extremely quiet is another great buy, down from $139.99 to $119.99 or if you prefer it’s also available from Newegg at the same price. Just make sure your case can house it as it uses large 140mm fans.
The UK
For those the other side of the pond, the Void Pro RGB wireless headset is also on offer, falling to £71.98 today from £103.99 with the previous low being £90.
