The Sony Xperia XZ4 is rumoured to further reduce the bezels at the top and bottom of its display compared to the Xperia XZ3, offering more screen within its footprint.
Leaked CAD renders and measurements suggest we will see a taller and slimmer build for the XZ4, along with a triple camera system on the back and the return of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The XZ3 has a single camera and slightly awkwardly-positioned rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Like the Xperia XZ3, the dedicated camera button at the bottom of the right edge remains on the XZ4 renders though, and USB Type-C is present in the centre at the bottom. It is also expected that Sony will offer IP65/68 water and dust resistance again.
The CAD images of the XZ4 don’t show whether the new device will offer the same curved screen and the rear as the XZ3, but the XZ4 is expected to feature a glass rear again like its predecessor. XZ4 vs XZ3 displayXperia XZ4: 6.
