Beshear confirmed a data breach in Kentucky’s system, but noted that no names, social security numbers or birth dates were viewed.
However, at least two individuals‘ employer information was breached.
„At this time we don’t think that there is a threat to anybody’s credit or financial information at all,“ Beshear said.
Beshear is expecting a final report by Kentucky’s inspector general „in the coming days,“ he said.
