We have a comic book adaptation about young girls and time travel, a comedy about an older man thrust back into the dating season, and a cold case murder mystery at a tropical resort. Based on the cult favorite comic book from writer Brian K. Vaughan and artist Cliff Chiang, this new Amazon Prime Video series is first set in the late 1980s and centers on a group of 12-year-old girls who deliver newspapers in their neighborhood. One day they encounter some strange phenomenon that causes the group to travel forward in time to 2019 and meet their future selves. However, that’s just the start for these kids as they get in the middle of a temporal war between two factions.
