Amber’s younger sibling added the hashtags “#DVMAS” and “#IStandWithAmberHeard.”
Depp’s VMAs appearance came more than two months after he won his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber, 36.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, 59, walked away from the legal battle relatively unscathed, though several damning allegations were made about him.
Amber alleged during her testimony that Depp beat and threatened to kill her when he abused drugs and alcohol.
