Apple will increase out-of-warranty battery replacement costs of iPhones, MacBooks, and iPad from March 1st 2023. This will apply to models prior to iPhone 14 series.
iPhone and iPad battery replacement costs are soon going to become expensive.
Apple is increasing the price of replacing batteries for all its out-of-warranty iPhones starting March, as announced by the company on its website. Furthermore, the Cupertino giant is also increasing the prices of iPad and Mac battery replacements as well. The prices of battery replacements for all models of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 series will increase by $20 (around Rs 1,700). For those unaware, Apple charges $69 (around Rs 5,700) for a replacement on most iPhone models, as per the Apple website. The exact increase in battery replacement cost of iPhones in India is not known yet.
