Over on the Atomic Heart Steam page, the list of changes for version 1.8.0.0 show that the release now has a New Game Plus+ mode. The update has been rolling out to PC and console ports as of June 26.
Described as the most difficult feature yet, New Game+ implements new enemy abilities, which includes “immunities to certain attacks.
