First and foremost, you’ll get this little sidequest to go on if you explore thoroughly in the Sistine Chapel. To be able to get into the Sistine Chapel, you will need the Priest Disguise and Clerical Key, which you will receive from Antonio. Once you’ve got the key, you will be able to go through the Borgia Gardens and get into the Chapel through the main door.
