Former Superman actor Dean Cain gave his two cents on James Gunn’s new “Superman” film, saying the character being highlighted as an “immigrant” would affect its box-office performance.
In an earlier interview with The Times of London, Gunn stated that “Superman is the story of America” and that the hero is “an immigrant that came from other places and populated the country.”
“But for me it is mostly a story that says basic human kindness is a value and is something we have lost,” the writer-directors noted.
