Gojo is the strongest, but these characters have, at the very least, the potential to match him someday in JJK.
Gojo Satoru was certainly one of the most powerful sorcerers in all of JJK, and fans know him to be a monster in combat. He could only be rivaled by Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses, and together, these two were a cut above the rest. When it comes to Gojo specifically, fans know that he had mastered the Limitless Cursed Technique, and coupled with the Six Eyes, he was essentially untouchable.

These individuals held the 10 Shadows Technique and the Six Eyes and Limitless technique respectively. This was essentially Gojo’s way of saying that Megumi could one day reach his level of strength. Even though Megumi was cut out from a significant portion of the series, having Sukuna fight in his body most likely gave him muscle memory of his combat style.
