Saturday’s session is open to fans with tickets
After two days primarily focused on teaching, New Orleans Saints coaches will get to see something closer to real football on Saturday as the team holds its first padded practice of this year’s training camp.
To this point, we have some idea how the depth chart is set, but there will surely be changes as players have a chance to impress with pads on, which is when the true evaluation happens.
Saturday’s practice is also open to the fans — at least those who signed up for ticks — so the crowd should help promote an intense practice, too. Practice begins at 8: 50 a.m.
