He’s got a point
When LeBron James made his announcement that he was going to play for the Miami Heat, social media went crazy. James’ fans in Cleveland went nuts and started burning his jersey and posting the video to their social media accounts.
This started a trend that whenever a player leaves a team, no matter what the circumstances, some fans will take a video of themselves burning the players jersey.
After the Kyrie Irving and Isaiah Thomas trade, James decided to speak his peace about how he feels on the fans doing this every time a player leaves a team. In a series of tweets LeBron had this to say:
