At the end of Sunday night’s gasp-inducing Game of Thrones Season 7 finale, fans were given their first wonderfully awful glimpse of the flying Ice Dragon.

When the blue-eyed beast swooped low over The Wall and destroyed it with the Night King astride him, did the Ice Dragon become the fiercest monster to appear on TV or film?
A lot of die-hard GOT fans have a love-him or hate-him relationship with the reanimated, zombie dragon.
Some are fascinated by the very idea he exists on the show – and what it could mean for Season 8 if there’s a sky battle between him and his 2 very undead brothers.
Others think Viserion the dragon spells doom for their favorite characters (Where’s Tormund Giantsbante?) , and don’t like that he was named after sniveling Viserys Targaryen, who met his satisfying, golden-crowned end in Season 1.
