A man was arrested after police said he shot and killed another man Saturday night in the 900 block of Brooks Avenue.
The Rosenberg Police Department said officers arrived at the scene after 9 p.m. to find the victim, Bailey Matthews, 22, had been shot and was unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
As a result of their investigation, police said the shooter was identified as Brooks Moore, 22. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence.
Moore is being held at the Fort Bend County Jail.
