Wednesday’s Powerball drawing will be the fourth largest in U. S. lottery history. The cash option is an estimated $465.5 million.
The Powerball jackpot was last hit in New York in the December 26 drawing. Since then, there have been 25 drawings in a row without a jackpot winner.
The $750 million jackpot will be drawn on Wednesday, March 27.
Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday just before 11 p.m.
What are the chances that you’ll win?
There is a 1 in 24.9 chance of winning a prize when the advertised jackpot is $40 million and it stays the same the larger the pot gets.
How much does it cost?
Powerball costs $2 per play.
