Неконтролируемый канал международной телефонной связи, которым отдаленно руководили из России, ликвидировала в Сумах Служба безопасности Украины ( СБУ ) совместно с прокуратурой и полицией.
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба СБУ.
“Четверо сумчан в интернете с помощью IP-телефонии получали российский трафик в обход международных центров коммутации. Затем трафик обрабатывался специализированным программно-аппаратным телекоммуникационным комплексом и под видом местных телефонных разговоров направлялся в сети украинских операторов мобильной связи. Таким образом осуществлялся телефонная связь, в том числе и с абонентами, которые находятся на временно оккупированных территориях Донбасса. Средства на аренду помещений, а также вознаграждение за свою незаконную деятельность злоумышленники получали в виде электронных переводов от российской фирмы”, – отметили в СБУ.

Во время обысков в офисах и местах проживания злоумышленников правоохранители изъяли компьютерную технику, SIM-банк, беспроводные модемы и полторы сотни карточек украинских операторов сотовой связи.
Общая стоимость изъятого оборудования составляет более полумиллиона гривен.
Открыто уголовное производство по ч. 2 ст. 361 (несанкционированное вмешательство в сеть электросвязи) Уголовного кодекса Украины. Продолжаются неотложные оперативно-следственные действия по установлению всех причастных к противоправной деятельности.
Также изучается возможная связь злоумышленников с российскими спецслужбами.
Напомним, ранее в Одессе СБУ разоблачила организованную группу провокаторов, которые по заданию российских кураторов подготовили ряд пропагандистских акций во время чествования памяти Героев Небесной Сотни.

Россия перебросит "Буки" в оккупированный Крым

Российский Военно-морской флот развернет в оккупированном Крыму зенитно-ракетные комплексы (ЗРК) “Бук”.
Их задача – якобы защита кораблей, подводных лодок и судов Черноморского флота от самолетов, беспилотных летательных аппаратов и крылатых ракет, передают Известия.
По мнению экспертов, военно-морские “Буки” вместе с зенитно-ракетными системами С-300 и С-400 Воздушно-космических сил России “в случае необходимости” полностью закроют небо над полуостровом и Черным морем.
Новые ЗРК поступят на вооружение 1096-го зенитно-ракетного полка (ЗРП), который базируется в Севастополе. На первом этапе ЗРП получит комплексы “Бук-М2”, а в последующем — более совершенные “Бук-М3”. Правда, точная дата начала перевооружения пока неизвестна. Сейчас на вооружении 1096-го полка стоят зенитно-ракетные комплексы “Оса”.
“Бук-М2” поражает самолеты и беспилотники на расстоянии от 3 до 45 км. А крылатые и баллистические ракеты “берет” на дальности до 20 км. При этом от ЗРК не спасутся даже летящие в стратосфере высотные стратегические разведчики.
Ракеты “Бука” достают цели на высоте 25 тыс. м. В то же время комплекс “Оса” поражает цели на расстоянии не более 10 км и на высоте чуть более 5 тыс. м.

Слухи о возможной отставке главы Национального банка Украины Валерии Гонтаревой распространяются рядом недоброжелателей, заявил в комментарии изданию “ГОРДОН” инвестиционный банкир Сергей Фурса.
“Информация об отставке Гонтаревой появляется каждые полгода, даже чаще. Такие вбросы регулярно делают некоторые недоброжелатели. Пока это лишь слухи. Не вижу сейчас причин для отставки Гонтаревой. Также я не вижу оснований у президента страны увольнять главу Нацбанка. Учитывая, что подобные слухи появляются не первый раз, вряд ли они как-то повлияют на ситуацию”, – отметил Фурса.
По его мнению, регулятору необходимо сохранить свою нынешнюю политику.
“Даже если бы отставка Гонтаревой состоялась, никакого прямого эффекта на ситуацию в стране она не имела бы. В таком случае важно лишь то, какова будет политика нового главы регулятора. А фамилия руководителя НБУ не так важна. Политика Нацбанка в последнее время была очень грамотной, поэтому важно ее сохранить”, – подчеркнул Фурса.
О том, что Гонтарева решила уйти в отставку , сегодня утром сообщало агентство “РБК-Украина”. Отмечалось, что она хочет вернуться в частный сектор. При этом в Нацбанке информацию об уходе Гонтаревой не подтвердили.
По данным издания “Экономическая правда”, президент Украины Петр Порошенко пока не готов принять отставку Гонтаревой , но на своем посту “она уже точно не останется”.
Гонтарева была назначена главой Нацбанка 19 июня 2014 года. На этой должности она сменила Степана Кубива. Около 20 лет она работает в финансовой и банковской сферах.

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday sought to deny allegations that he is linked to an Osaka-based ultranationalist kindergarten as the public outcry over the operator and its alleged efforts to indoctrinate children with xenophobia and pre-war militarism grows.
At the center of the controversy is Tsukamoto Kindergarten, a private school that recently came under fire for distributing letters to parents that accused Korean residents and Chinese of “possessing wicked thoughts.”
It has also emerged that the principal, Yasunori Kagoike, had briefly used Abe’s name in the past to raise funds to build Mizuho no Kuni, an elementary school slated to open April this year.
It was at this elementary school that Abe’s wife, Akie, had assumed the position of honorary principal until Thursday last week, when her name was abruptly removed from the school’s website amid a groundswell of public attention focused on the pair’s dealings with Moritomo Gakuen, which runs both schools.
TV footage has surfaced online over the past few days showing kindergartners participating in a sports festival at Tsukamoto, lined up, standing at attention, and shouting a nationalist chant that said: “Japanese adults should make sure South Korea and China repent over treating Japan as a villain,” and “refrain from teaching lies in history textbooks.”
“Go, go Prime Minister Abe! We’re happy you passed security legislation at the Diet!” the children chanted in the finale, referring to divisive laws rammed through the Diet in 2015 that allow the Self-Defense Forces to fight abroad for the first time since the end of World War II.
The video footage was brought up during Diet deliberations on Monday, with Democratic Party lawmaker Nobuyuki Fukushima comparing Tsukamoto’s approach to education with a “ certain dictatorship country.”
In a bid to dissociate himself from the preschool, Abe claimed that he had no idea about its curricula or what was being taught there.
“Of course I don’t want the kids to root for me like that, and I don’t think it’s an appropriate thing for them to say,” Abe said.
Referring to Principal Kagoike’s alleged slurs against Koreans and Chinese, Abe said it was unbecoming for an educator to discriminate “based on race, nationality and religion,” echoing criticism leveled by opposition lawmakers.
Abe’s latest effort to distance himself from the principal required a complete U-turn in his demeanor, which had been markedly friendly.
On Feb. 17, Abe had described Kagoike as someone with an “admirable passion for education” and “whose ideology is similar to mine.”
But on Friday last week, he said Kagoike had used his name to raise funds “despite my repeated insistence he not do so” and that his wife begrudgingly accepted the honorary title after the principal’s “persistent” requests.
Moritomo Gakuen is under scrutiny for a shady deal in which it paid only ¥134 million for a parcel of public land to be used for a new elementary school despite its appraised value of ¥956 million.
Abe promised at the Diet on Feb. 17 that he would “resign as prime minister” if either he or his wife was ever found to have anything to do with the deal.
In the meantime, the public outcry over Tsukamoto Kindergarten has only grown.
Last Friday, lawmaker Fukushima said he interviewed an Osaka mother who lamented at how the militaristic education at Moritomo Gakuen’s preschool made her child unrecognizably docile.
Tsukamoto prohibits children from using bathrooms outside of designated hours, she was quoted as saying. Should they wet their underpants, they must apologize publicly in front of teachers and declare themselves “babies” who are unable to take care of themselves.
“Whenever I get mad at home, (my son) now apologizes profusely and bows deeply down,” the lawmaker quoted her as saying. “I don’t recall ever telling him to do that.”
Sayuri Uenishi, a former Nippon Ishin no Kai lawmaker, recalled what she described on Twitter as the “uncanny” atmosphere at Tsukamoto when she inspected it in 2013. Earlier this month, Uenishi, now an independent, disclosed a report about her tour of the facility that said she witnessed children singing the national anthem and reciting 19th-century instructions for patriotism.
At the end of the tour, Kagoike called on Uenishi to conduct a thorough overhaul of the Japanese education system, the report said.
“What awaits our children after graduation is years of compulsory education that often instill in them a self-deprecating view of Japan and deprive them of patriotism,” the report quotes him as saying.

Trump’s inflammatory remarks have been criticized as authoritarian, but the media remains a popular whipping boy for his supporters.
Amid wave after wave of leaks from his White House and probing reports on his campaign’s links with Russia, Trump has repeatedly decried the media as “fake news. ”
Influential Trump aide Steve Bannon is fond of referring to the media as the “opposition party. ”
Bush responded to that sentiment by saying “power can be very addictive and it can be corrosive, and it’s important for the media to call to account people who abuse their power. ”
Bush also described Trump’s comments as undercutting America’s efforts to promote democracy and the free press abroad.

Donahoe said he thinks it’s still early innings as far as technology disrupting the workplace.
“Over the past year I’ve had a great opportunity to step back and survey the landscape, and the trend that just stood out is the role that cloud is having on both consumers and enterprise,” said Donahoe. “Companies born in the cloud, like ServiceNow and Workday and Salesforce are fundamentally transforming how companies operate. … I think ServiceNow has a chance to be one of the great enterprise software companies of this era. “

: Apple's March event could be happening after all

It’s been over two years since the iPad Air 2 launched. Here are the rumours about the iPad Air 3 price, specs and release date in the UK.
When is the iPad Air 3 coming out? Apple launched the excellent iPad Pro 9.7, reviewed back in March 2016 which brought the 10-inch iPad bang up to date, but this put a question mark over the iPad Air range. And given that there have been no leaks about a new 7.9in iPad, there are also doubts about the iPad mini range. Will Apple only launch iPad Pros from now on? That seems very unlikely, but here we round up all the rumours about the iPad Air 3 price, specs and release date in the UK. See also: Best tablet 2017.
Update 27 February: A recent report by Mac Otakara says the firm will stick with the rumoured schedule and announce four new iPad Pro models: 7.9-in, 9.7-in, 10.5-in and 12.9-in models. The 10.5-inch model may not ship until May, while other sizes are said to ship at the end of March. The 9.7in is very likely to be the iPad Air 3, but whether or not this report’s source is credible is another matter. We’ll have to wait and see.
Some US stores are said to be out of stock of certain iPad Air 2 models, leading to more rumours that Apple will indeed launch an Air 3 in March. However, this could be simply a co-incidence and is not enough to persuade us that the purported delays ( read more below ) aren’t believable.
Back in August 2016, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted three new iPads, and has recently revised those predictions slightly. Below a summary of what he expects Apple to launch in 2017.
Could the 9.7in model be the iPad Air 3? The report, posted by MacRumours, says that the ‘low-cost’ model will use the A9 chip. This makes sense: use the previous generation chip from the current iPad Pro models (or even the iPhone 6S) but drop the price (and probably some other features).
The big question is ‘has Apple has killed off the iPad Air range?’. Is the iPad Pro 9.7 effectively the iPad Air 3? That’s a difficult question to answer but Apple certainly hasn’t said anything to suggest that the Pro is the Air’s replacement.
Although lots of rumours suggest new iPad models would arrive in March, that might not be the case. A report by DigiTimes suggests that components for the new iPads are still in a planning stage so the release date will be delayed until the second half of the year. The source backed up other rumours suggesting that Apple will replace the 9.7in sized iPad with a 10.5in size alongside a new budget friendly 9.7in model.
Apple needs a new tablet to sit in the £300-£400 price range. This will provide customers with a cheaper option to the 9.7in iPad Pro (which starts at £499) and offer a more reasonably priced upgrade for those using the iPad Air 2, or an older 9.7in iPad.
The tablet market has slowed over the past couple of years so we’re not overly surprised to see Apple waiting longer before bringing a new iPad out.
The iPad Air 2 was unveiled on 16 October 2014, and was released later the same month, while the first iPad Air was announced on 22 October 2013 before a November release.
Going on the basis that Apple will launch the iPad Air 3 this year, we expect it to cost £399 for the Wi-Fi-only 32GB base model – Apple’s standard price for the full-size iPad.
As mentioned already, this would give new or upgrading customers the familiar £399 option without having to spend £499 or having to opt for the smaller iPad mini 4. See also: iPad mini 5 release date, price and spec rumours
We didn’t expect Apple to change the design of the iPad when it launched the iPad Air 2, but the company surprised us by making the already thin and light device even slimmer. It’s 6.1mm thick compared with the 7.5mm of the original iPad Air.
We think 6.1mm is thin enough, but don’t be surprised to see Apple shave even more off of the iPad Air’s profile with the next model. Apple is rumoured to be building it from even stronger aluminium than before, so it’s certainly plausible.
We expect the same Gold, Silver and Space Grey colour options, with the likely addition of a Rose Gold model.
The previously leaked information about the iPad Air 3 all turned out to be the new iPad Pro – the Apple Pencil support, A9X chip, four-speaker audio system and more. That means it’s back to square one when it comes to the possible iPad Air 3 specs.
What we can say for almost certain is that it will follow the Apple formula of a 9.7in screen with a 2048×1536 resolution, meaning a 264ppi pixel density. The question is whether Apple will use the same True Tone screen found on the new iPad Pro and we think not otherwise it’s one less reason to pay more for the Pro model.
Improvements are more likely to include better cameras but Apple will tread a fine line between differentiating between the iPad Air 3 and iPad Pro 9.7in while making the new tablet a worthwhile upgrade from the iPad Air 2.
It’s all very much up in the air so we’ll continue to watch out for rumours and leaked details over the coming weeks and months. We’ll update this article with anything we find.
