Travelers used to have to leave bustling Tokyo for the countryside to sample a traditional Japanese inn, or onsen ryokan. But in 2016 the Hoshinoya Tokyo hotel opened, bringing serene lodging to the city’s center — topped off with a dollop of luxury.
